This is the first year that I’ve attended a Deepavali Celebration at the community level and I will say it was a memorable one. Every performer were dressed up into traditional Indian costumes and one of them dressed up as Indian god, Krishna. It was really amazing to see the efforts put in by the people.
People from different background and different races coming together to put up a performer, well I guess this is what we call Uniquely Singapore. It is only in Singapore that you will see it.
