I might not be posting over the past week and this is my longest absence from my blog that I’ve ever had. Seriously, even when I’m overseas, I’ll still try to make it a point to make a blog entry but this time it seems impossible. Its not that I’ve run out of ideas but these period of time, it has been pretty much enriching and eventful.
Over the past 2 months, I’ve been exploring and looking into many different ways of engaging the community through various community projects and initiatives. More than 90 days in office and I’m glad that some of the new initiatives that I’ve introduced is slowly taking shape. I wouldn’t say that they are successful, but for now, I’m happy with the developments. I definitely hope to see more involvement from the community and I’ll work hard to make this happen.
Recently, I’ve went for one of the most important interview in my life. Over the past 9 years, I’ve set a goal and worked hard for the day. I’m glad that the opportunity came and I was given the chance. I’m not sure how things will turn out to be, but I’ll be lying to you if I say that I’m not hoping for a success. Whatever the outcome is, I’m know I’ve done my best. Like one of my colleague told me, “We work so hard for today, and we should walk out with pride knowing that we’ve done our best.”
Lastly, I’ve been having problems using my laptop without my magic mouse. I need the “magical powers” of the mouse to help me with the surfing and other stuff. Well, I’ll be collecting my refurbished mouse soon, so things will be getting back to norm!
