Restarting my exercise regime

I hope I’ve restarted my exercise regime and I’ll be able to sustain it. After seeing the success stories of others, I thought I should restart what I had done previously – eat healthy and exercise regularly. I’m trying to cut down on fried stuff and be selective on the food that I eat, but I supposed it will happen overnight and it will be a gradual reduction. Lunch for me today was Yong Tau Foo and I hope I will be able to continue with such healthy food (minus the fried stuff I had).

After more than 2 months, I’ve finally gone for my run again. I didn’t realised that I had not run for 2 months until I saw the records in Runkeeper. Its better to be late than never and I need to start training for my first major run this year, 21km Army Half Marathon, before going for my next 21km Standard Chartered Marathon.

Good luck on being able to regain the healthy lifestyle. On a side note, eating Yong Tau Foo for lunch is probably not enough for me. I might actually get gastric pains.
