Welcome to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This could be one of my most challenging trip that I’ve traveled so far. Though its much closer and familiar to us, but I’m not a frequent traveler to Kuala Lumpur (KL) and I got to tell you that I was alittle lost when I arrived on Sunday even though I’ve done some research over the internet and asking around when I was back in Singapore.

A note to all the corporations out there, websites are important, especially tourists like me wants to do research on travel options and places on where to go. I decided to take the airport limo, which costs me $73.40RM, to the hotel instead of the KL Express because I could not figure out where to take the monorail after arriving at KL Sentral. The website for the monorail was in fact closed for maintenance.

The Petronas Twin Tower is just a 10 minutes walk from where I’m staying so the first place to visit, is the Twin Tower.

The Twin Tower houses a shopping mall called Suria KLCC and has a wide variety of shops. But I did not get anything for myself since the shops were pretty much similar to the ones we have in Singapore. Nevertheless, I thought this is one of the places to visit since I personally think that this is one of the architecture wonder.
