Porridge, Porridge and more Porridge

For this Hong Kong, I’ve eaten more porridge than I ever had compared to my previous trips. On the 3rd day of my trip, we went to Wei Ji in Central Hong Kong, YES, its Central again. But we just doesn’t mind returning to the place again and again since there are so much good food.

They sell all sorts of porridge, from chicken, pork and century egg to the ones we miss in Singapore like pig blood cube porridge. Other than the porridge, we had some fried snacks too like You Tiao and others (I don’t really know what are those called).

I love their steam carrot cake. It was home-made and really soft. If you like the soft type, you will definitely love this.

In terms of pricing, it costs between $12 HKD to $15 HKD and just look at the menu, they’ve got so much food available.

Everything were prepared and cooked at this corner.

If you are in Hong Kong, remember to try it.

Haha…. same here. I don’t dare to risk my stomach when I saw them in Hong Kong the last time. I guess I can only savour the taste from childhood memory.
