I was chatting with my friends one day and we started talking about how our ex-classmates were doing. Some became parents, some changed jobs and some were enjoying their lives in some ways. As we talk, we started to ask ourselves a question, “Did we meet them at all? If not, then how did we find out some much about them?”
All thanks to Facebook, we don’t even need to physically meet our friends to do catch up. My friend even commented that when we were updating each other of how our other friends are doing, it seems as if we have actually met up with that person but in fact, we did not. Simple things like update of photos or even status is good enough to be updated of what your friends are doing. Well I hope in the future, we can continue to have a proper social life, like constant gatherings with friends and not just social life within the social network. If that is how we are turning to, then that is alittle worrying, then what’s life all about?
