A healthier 2011

I hope I will be able to lead a healthier lifestyle in 2011. More home cook food, more exercise and a smaller waistline. Just before I’m about to start work, I manage to find some time in the morning to prepare breakfast for the family. Its a simple one, just scramble egg, sausages and ham. But it was good enough since everyone enjoy it.

Dinner was steamboat, as suggested by Dad. I chose to have bee hoon for my dinner. It has been proven, somehow, that eating bee hoon will help to reduce some weight, of course, with some exercises as well. I’ve seen an example of how a fat guy could actually cut so much weight just by eating bee hoon, so I’m going to do it.

I just weigh myself and realised that I’ve lost 6kg since I started my slimming program in mid-October. What you see in the picture below is not the actual weight, its just for illustration purposes only.

Chinese New Year is coming soon and it will be a challenging time ahead.

    and I told my mum to cook me vegetarian food from now on so that I can lose some weight for all the upcoming runs.

    anyway, i started my training for the runs today. u don’t forget to run even though u are on leave. let’s get healthier and hopefully slimmer.
