Ahh and I finally got myself a new cup on Sunday from Isetan during their crazy sale which wifey was really crazy about. This cup can keep warm water warm and cold water cold and it cost $13.90. I thought this was quite a good deal.
Ever since I’ve gotten this, I drink about 3 to 4 cups of Chinese Tea each day and of course, my fluid intake has increased (if you can see the pink colour bottle, well, its my water bottle). I hope with the new cup, it will help me to increase my fluid intake and help to improve my complexion. I also understand that drinking Chinese tea will help us to detox which is one way of slimming down as well. So I’m really looking forward to it.
