I weigh myself today and is happy to see that my weight has gone down by 2kg. Looking down, my tummy is smaller and almost gone. This is the effect of just one week of intensive training. So what’s after the training?
The exercise regime has to continue to keep my figure intact and not go back to the state where I used to be in. I went for run this afternoon and decided to make use of what I’ve learnt, ENDURANCE. I’ve decided that instead of running the usual route, I should just take a different route. I’m happy with that decision and really like what I see.
