I’ve won myself for Love Cuts Gala Premiere last Friday. But due to work, I’ve got to give up my tickets to Ethan and so, he attended with mummy. I was super jealous since Zoe Tay, my favourite Mediacorp Artiste is attending. The Gala Premiere was held at GV Vivo City and was attended by Zoe Tay, Allan Wu and the Gong Zhi Yi, the singer for the theme song of the show.
Everyone were given a packet of tissue which was sponsored by Guardian and I supposed it came in handy. According to Jingyi, the show was really touching and many in the cinema, including her was able to feel for the characters so well that they cried during the entire show. It sounds exaggerating, but after watching the trailer, I thought it was a teary movie too.
I don’t think I’m gonna say too much of the show and oh, please support our local movie and especially this one. Special thanks to Health Promotion Board for the tickets. In case you are wondering how I won the ticket, HPB actually had a competition via Twitter to complete the following sentence, “I will encourage my love ones to go for mammogram becos…” And my reply was “she can detect early and live longer and happily ever after.”
