I always wanted to share this piece of news but had forgotten, but well, I finally remembered again. Balloting for free NDP tickets is always so difficult, I wonder why when there is more seats available etc. But balloting for paid SYOG Opening & Closing Ceremony Tix seems to be so much easier when there are less seats up for grab.
I tried my luck for 2 opening ceremony tickets (they cost $120 each, so I just balloted for 2) and 4 closing ceremony tickets (they cost $40 each, so you will know why I balloted more for this) and guess what, I’ve got it! I personally thought this is a must go event since we wouldn’t know when it will ever be held in Singapore and of course, its happening at The Float @ Marina Bay – beautiful Singapore city skyline.
Frankly speaking, I’m still not sure what my work schedule will be like in August but if I can’t attend, I can also give it to my other family members to attend this historic ceremony.
