Have you heard of Gong Cha (贡茶)?

I thought I should just share this information of a great tea that I’ve been enjoying recently. its called Gong Cha (贡茶). Its somewhat like bubble tea since they’ve got pearls and jelly and it operates like Koi Bubble Tea as in you can choose the sweetness of the tea. The difference, the type of tea they use and their variety.

The first tea that I tried was the Lemon Roasted Melon Tea. The taste was superb, you can actually have 3 taste in 1 tea, bitter, sweet and sour.

Then, my colleague recommended me to try their famous Ali Shan milk tea. It was bitter and creamy but tasted alright. In case you’ve got no idea how you should consume this drink, there is an instruction sticker (as shown in the picture) on how this drink should be consume.

Currently, they’ve got 2 outlets in Singapore, 1 in City Square and the other at Square 2. Give it a try if you’ve got a chance.

Its the tea. The difference between Gong Cha, Koi Bubble Tea with other bubble tea is that they will only prepare the milk tea when you order it.

I tried a few types of the gong cha … awesome … u can also chose the percentage of sweetness (0% to 100%). I tried ling meng ai yu han tian, earl grey milk tea plus han tian and today i tried the xuan mi matcha with azuki beans … but they cost more expensive than the usual bubble teas sold at bubble tea shops like sweet talk … but if u r a tea/bubble tea lover, why not try gong cha … i think will get a totally difference experience … is worth paying more for the quality …

Yes, I totally agree. Even the Alishan Green Tea (just tea) is so refreshing.
