Universal Studios Singapore, Hollywood After Hours

My parents kept complaining that its expensive to go to Universal Studios especially when they are not taking the ride. Luckily, Universal Studios Singapore announced on Friday that from 1 May, they are extending their operating hours at the Hollywood area and between 7pm to 9pm, admission charges is only $2. I thought, what a wonderful time to bring my parents in.

Everyone was getting really excited since its our first time into USS and though my parents were alittle hesitant to visit at first, I knew they were quite happy with what they see. Just when the adults were having their toilet breaks, I got the kids to pose for a picture.

There were quite a number of eateries and when you come to such place, don’t expect it to be cheap. I drop by and check out the pricing at Hollywood Chinese Bistro and it costs $28++ AND they will only serve if there are more than 2 pax! The best thing to overcome your hunger during such time is to take pictures.

With the lights on at night, the place is quite beautiful. We were lucky enough to catch the fireworks display at 8pm. I just learnt that Resorts World @ Sentosa is considering having the fireworks display as a permanant show. The fireworks display were simply amazing, well choreograph. Ethan enjoyed it while Ezanne, she was trying her very best to miss it, after all, this is the first time she is seeing fireworks at such close proximity.

We left after the fireworks as there were simply too many people at the other eating outlet. A little disappointed as there seems to be limited eateries available at RWS. Just before we left the place, we saw the Hershey’s chocolate.

Overall, Ethan enjoyed himself very much though it was just a short stay and limited attractions. We will definitely be back for the real thing!
