F1 2009 is finally over and I just got to say that it blows me away. Sometimes, its simply unbelievable that Singapore is hosting such an event and you can never believe your eyes that those cars are racing in downtown Singapore. The sound made by the cars were deafening and of course the inconviences it brought to many Singaporeans. Road closures were effected in the Marina Bay are to prepare the roads for the race and on the first day of the closure, I believe everyone were really confused. The traffic jam was really bad.
Sometimes, I just wonder if those people who bought the tickets were interested in the cars or the fringe events. Anyway, I just got to say that it was indeed nice that the Singapore City skyline is seen by millions around the world. |
