Since I missed out on the promotion this year, any good thing that comes about like receiving an award is really a booster for me to work even harder. I’ve received an email yesterday informing me that I’ll be receiving an award in June and I’m invited to attend the function. The award was for my dedication to work for Year 2008 and when I think about it, I know my hardwork pay off. Of course, I would not be able to dedicate myself to work if not for the support from my wife, who was actually pregnant in the 2nd half of 2008.
In case you thought I’m sad about missing out from the promotion this year, actually I’m not. So no worries.
