What to do when you encounter childish people?

This is the question that I’ve been asking myself over the past 2 days. Either (a) Be neutral and treat them like a bunch of childish adults or (b) Make them disappear before you. Sometimes being nice will not bring you good but will bring you more problem. I’ve chosen (a) previously and what I’ve got, people who doesn’t appreciate your kindness and keep launching personal attacks and even criticize the things that you do. Then what these people do next? They target the neutral party and try to brainwash him/her hoping that the neutral party will be part of their gang. Its just so drama, just like politics, once they succeed, then they will launch a coup, then I will disappear from their sight liao…

Sometimes I just wonder, life is already full of drama and people out there are busy trying to find a way to survive, but why these people just doesn’t want to lead a harmonious life and move on and spend time to find misery to other people life? They leave and comeback to create more trouble, WHY?

Then they become bias, sterotype people with no strong reasons and start complaining. When will these people stop these nonsense?
