After more than 1.5 months, 3 times of re-scheduling, I’ve finally went for my facial. Well, my beautician has quitted and today, its a new one who serve me. I’m still trying to get used to it but I’m glad that my previous beautician has done a good job by leaving down notes like I’ve got sensitive skin, I’ve used SK II and most importantly, when I’m doing facial, I need a pillow for neck support when I lie down.
Today was also the first time that Jingyi joined me for facial. I was discussing with some gals at the forum and they were surprised that I actually went for facial faithfully every month. As a matter of fact, they said that usually it will be the girlfriend or wife who will drag their boyfriend or husband along, but for my case, it is always the husband dragging the wife along… haha… It’s the 21st century and doesn’t girls like guys to take initiative? By the way, I’ve got some conflicting instructions from my beautician. She told me that I need to take plenty of water but I told her, I seldom drink water at night, cause I’m afraid that I’ll have very bad eye bags. She then told me that it will be alright if I drink it 30 minutes before I sleep. I thought we should drink less water at night? If you know anything about this, please share with me.
