Ezanne loves family talk

We’ve observed that Ezanne like everyone to crowd around her and just TALK! Usually, when we put her on the bed, after about 5 mins, she will start shouting and crying, signalling to you that she wants to be carried around. But one day, we just left her on the bed, and started to have some family talk. You might be wondering, what is family talk? Family talk means everyone of us just crowd around and start talking nonsense or update each other on what’s happening for the day (something like family debrief lah).

Ezanne simply loves it and will occassionaly make some noise like “Ahh, Hmm etc”, maybe she wants to join in the conversation as well. She will not even cry at all and will even turn her head around trying to understand what each of us is talking about. Ezanne is not about 2.5months old and we can forsee that she is going to be one talkative princess while Ethan will be a cool prince, just act cool and don’t talk.

I’ll be posting some pictures of Ethan and Ezanne soon but not now, cause I’m just dead tired.

辛曉琪-領悟

This is a classic song from 辛曉琪. Its called 領悟.

My gadget dream is gone…

Last week, I was talking to Jingyi about the launch of the new HTC Touch Pro 2. The business phone has improved speaker phone. However, it has a bigger screen, 3.6″ compared to the current 2.8″. Of course, bigger screen, comes with more weight and of course bigger phone. No change to the keyboard feature. So the phone will be launched in Singapore in June. Hopefully Starhub will be selling it.

Then, Jingyi told me, “I thought you should just buy a cheap phone. You’ve been changing phone like almost every year, so why waste money is getting such a sophisticated phone? Just buy a cheap one and you can just keep on changing it.” And I was like, “Erm, I just want to try out the new gadgets.” Though I understand one point that the features are more or less the same, but it just feel good.

Minister Vivan’s comments on AWARE

I read a note posted by Minister Vivan on Facebook on his views of the recent AWARE saga. I found what he said was really true, we must be fair and work as a team. Here’s a summary of the 3 points he talk about, “Don’t let a single polarising issue hijack the agenda, keep religion above petty politics and create a representative coalition”.

I’m not too sure if you are able to read it, but here’s his views on Facebook.

So meaningful

This was posted by a friend of mine in Punggol.org forum. I thought it was so meaningful, so I post it here.

The 3rd person to join the welovepang domain is my cousin, Michelle. Finally link her up tonight, which means now, 4 of us are on welovepang domain. In case you don’t know who the other 2 are, they are Joann and Sun.

Hopefully more will join us soon.

Must try Tapioca Cake and Muah Chee

This favourite stall of mine at Maxwell Food Market serves excellent Tapioca Cake and Muah Chee. All their food are freshly made and when you go, defintely you’ve gotta queue. The only minus point about this stall is that they do not open on Sundays.

The Muah Chee has 2 flavours, coconut and peanut. The skin of the muah chee is soft and powdery (I like) and the stall owners are not stingy with the coconut and peanut that they put.

The address is Stall 31, Maxwell Food Market

AWARE and BEWARE

The recent AWARE sage is really dramatic. With all the aunties fighting for power, its really interesting to see NGOs fighting just to keep themselves in control and power. Then some of the people have complicated relationship, then some people were being reported that they were not committed. Whatever it is, arent’ these people supposed to help the poor women out there? Why are they fighting among themselves now?

I got to applaud the people involve in this drama, cause through this saga, many people have become more AWARE of AWARE! But if ever you are going to have a fund raising activity, pls, don’t approach me, cause I’m not impressed with the AWARENESS you’ve created.

Small Kanasai, Big Kanasai, WE ARE KANASAI

Ahh, so Kanasai is actually not a really bad bad word to teach our kid, at least, Ethan. Ethan always call me big Kanasai and I will always call him small Kanasai. According to a SMS sent by my cousin, Joann, Kanasai is,
K – Kind
A – Adorable
N – Nice
A – Attractive
S – Sociable
A – Amiable
I – Intelligent

So are you a Kanasai?
