It was a busy last day of 2008 for me. From Punggol to Downtown Singapore, it was a hectic night for me. First, I was at Punggol helping at their countdown event, JIVE into 2009, then I quickly drove down to park my car at Suntec. Surprisingly, the carpark was not full. Since there were still some time, I called Big Bird (Eugene) and check out where they were and managed to meet them at Starbucks Marina Square.
Though, it was just a short 30 mins chit chat, it was really enjoyable, since we’ve got the chance to take some pictures. SNAP! sNap! snap!
After that, I went to visit my colleagues who were working tirelessly for the night. Visited them for about a few hours before I met BYMEP at Kallang McDonalds. Jingyi joined in too. I didn’t want her to join me at Marina Bay since it was really crowded and her tummy is bigger than others, so I told her to meet me direct at Kallang McDonalds.
So what is BYMEP? B=Benjamin, Y=YY, M=Ming Quan, E=Eugene and P=Patrick(me, ITS ME). Meeting on NYE at Marina Bay has somewhat become a tradition (if I remembered, since 2005) and I hope this will continue in the many years to come.
Oh yeah, and before I forget, it was because of the discussion at Kallang McDonald’s that I’ve thought the name for my baby girl. You want to know? It will be revealed soon.
