Old Airport Market: Nan Sing Hokkien Fried Mee

This is my favourite Hokkien Fried mee stall. On the Hokkien Fried Mee, its not too watery and not too dry. There are usually more bee hon than mee, but I find the mix still alright for me. Each plate comes with red chilli, which when you eat together with it, its simply yummy. The red chilli are non spicy though, so you can actually taste the chilli by itself. Pricing wise, its either $3 (or $5 to add extra ingredient) or $5 (or $8 to add extra ingredient).

I’ve been patronizing this stall for the past 10 years, and I can tell you, the taste has not change at all.

On a weekday, you gotta wait about an hour before the food is serve. I went on a Saturday, but still, I waited for about 30 mins. But, its worth the wait.

The stall is located at Blk 50 Old Airport Rd, #01-32
